As the company grew, Steve assembled a trusted team of professionals and began subcontracting to some of the UK’s leading broadcast facility companies. His hands-on leadership and industry expertise have seen SR Security play a key role at many of the UK’s most iconic events, including:

Angie overseas everything from our office and is our key point of contact for both new and existing clients. She ensures that every deployment runs smoothly, coordinating staff scheduling, client communication and compliance. Angie brings a background in logistics and personnel management to the team.
Tony Skelding,
Operations Manager
Tony serves as the key point of contact for our staff as well as both new and existing clients, providing clear communication and expert coordination on-site. With bringing his expertise of once being the National Operations Manager for NTL (Virgin Media), he is ideal for this role as he oversees large teams at major events such as festivals and broadcast productions, ensuring seamless delivery of our security services. Known for his calm demeanour under pressure, Tony consistently leads with precision and professionalism, maintaining high standards across every operation.
